Directions

Northbound:

(from Seattle, Everett): Traveling northbound on I-5 take Exit #206 (Smokey Point, Lakewood). Take a right off the exit going east on Highway 531 (172nd) Street NE). Go straight to the stop light. At the traffic signal, turn right onto Smokey Point Blvd. Drive 1/2 mile to the entrance of Cumulus Park Healthcare Center. There are two 3-story buildings. We are in the Professional Center, the beige building closest to the freeway.

Southbound:

(from Mount Vernon, Stanwood): Traveling southbound on I-5, take Exit #206 (Smokey Point, Lakewood). Take a left off the exit going east on Highway 531 (172nd Street NE). Go straight to the second stop light. At the traffic signal, turn right onto Smokey Point Blvd. Drive 1/2 mile to the entrance of Cumulus Park Healthcare Center. There are two 3-story buildings. We are in the Professional Center, the beige building closest to the freeway.
