Cynthia Bidegary Tok, OD re-joined Northwest Eye Surgeons in 2025 after a decade of exploring practicing in private practice settings. She grew up in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry. She provides medical eye examinations as well as pre and postoperative care. When not in the office you can find her working on her little farm or planning her next travel adventure.

Previous Experience
After completing a hospital-based residency in ocular disease, Dr. Tok has provided medical eye care in both private practice settings and in a co-management setting. She has a passion for providing medical care to those in need and often travels overseas to do volunteer medical care. Practicing in a rural health care setting has been her life’s dedication. She is committed to supporting health care on the North Olympic Peninsula.

August 19, 2025I've been a patient at Northwest Eye Surgeons for at least 15 years and have been treated by different eye doctors and technicians who have always given me nothing but great service which I am truly thankful for. I have diabetes and my eyes require me to get injections in both of my eyes to help me see better and Dr. Baily has been my Doctor for at least 10 years if not more and she does an amazing job caring for my eyes and is the best at doing what she does to make sure I can keep on seeing, thank you Doc and thank all the staff and technicians you ROCK!
