Patient portals allow you access to different parts of your information with Northwest Eye Surgeons. Login to experience the features of each site.
You must have a registered email address and security code in order to create an account on the patient portal. Please call us at 800-826-4631 to register your email address and to obtain the security code. The security code expires after 3 days, so please make sure to create your portal account within 3 days of receiving the security code. If you are having issues accessing the patient portal, please call us at 800-826-4631 for assistance.

Please be aware: The AdvancedMD inbox is not intended for messaging with your provider or care team and should not be used for sending messages to your care team or sharing medical information.
For billing inquiries or demographic updates, you may continue to use the AdvancedMD self-service patient portal.
To ensure your message is received and responded to appropriately, please use the Nextech Patient Portal for all non-urgent communication with our office. The Nextech Portal is a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform that is regularly monitored by our care team.

Do not use any patient portal to report urgent symptoms or delay seeking care while waiting for a response.
